(August 23 - August 27) RFID Technology and Applications

This course gives an introduction into the RFID technology. This includes the overall system, hardware, software and security items. Different RFID standards codes will be explained. Practical experiments in the lab with different RFID systems will be done and current and future applications will be shown.

Course Objectives

Understanding of an RFID-system, of the individual system components, of the different RFID codes and standards and the presentation of use cases and applications. Experience in the working principle and the usage of an RFID system
