Course description
Multilingual Communication is a B.A. programme of six semesters, in which students acquire the language skills they need to start an internationally-oriented career. Particular emphasis is placed on the three important Western European languages English, French and Spanish, with a native or near native command of German. The course focuses on the linguistic foundations of language studies as well as on the basics of German law, economics and technology. Special importance is attached to communication skills. During their stay abroad, which is an obligatory part of the degree course, students have a chance to become acquainted with the social reality and the values of the different cultures involved.
The bachelor’s degree is the basis for specialised post-graduate studies. Cologne University of Applied Sciences offers the following M.A. programmes:
